We produce 100% Natural Freeze Dried Avocado Powder from the pulp of the best HASS avocados in the world (can be certified organic).
Our proprietary process to freeze dry (or lyophilize) the avocado pulp is used to retain all the organoleptic characteristics like flavor, color and aroma, and nutrients, without the use of heat, additives or preservatives (synthetic, chemical or biological). Our patented process allows us to also keep the essential fatty acids of avocado intact.
The powder is instantly re-hydrated with cold water to go back to the original paste.
Furthermore, it DOES NOT need refrigeration before opening, which makes it extremely convenient for consumers, including retail and institutional buyers alike.

As an ingredient to formulate a variety of end products: Powdered shakes, sauces, dips, guacamoles, dressings, shelf stable mixes, snacks, chip flavoring, etc.

We offer two types of product that vary in the powder’s grain size and its applications:
Freeze-dried Hass avocado pulp powder (Normal grind):
We perform a minor grinding process to preserve the lumpy characteristic of the avocado. This product is used in those applications that require the reproduction of homemade avocado pulp.
Freeze-dried Hass avocado pulp powder (Fine grind):
Has a maximum particle size of 1 mm. This product is used in those applications where it is important to standardize the particle size (for example in cosmetics) or where the dissolution needs to be done quicker (for example in instant milkshakes).
Normal grind: 12 months at temperatures below 20°C and low humidity (<65% RH).
Fine grind: 6 months at temperatures below 20°C and low humidity (<65% RH).
