"We love the flavour of this oil apart from the fact that it is supposed to have a high smoke point and so, ideal for high temperature cooking. We have so far used it for flavouring wholegrain dosas, roasted potatoes, couscous and there is distinct nutty yet rich (a bit like 'ghee') flavour which all of us love!"
